This is the first post for a blog that doesn't have any strong purpose to exist, besides from its will to live.
So hello there! My name is Matthew and I'm a student at DMU in Leicester (UK) where I'm currently taking a course that will aid me in my life to be a struggling writer. I think it's worth knowing that it took me around fifteen minutes to think up a decent url for this blog and as you can see the end result is somewhat... poor.
Regardless, this is my first proper text blog (I currently 'run' a tumblr blog, which is a mixture of pictures, videos, songs and the odd text post when I'm feeling up to it) and I'm quite excited about writing in this here space.
Follow my twitter account @MatthewGoostrey or my course account @CREW_MGoostrey.
Good day to you all.
